Stay Healthy Stay Fit
This is my Fit and Healthy Plan from now till my napfa test come. I will squeeze out 2 days to swim to build up my body strength. I will run 2.4 and keep improving on the timing and also go to gym. The fact is this week is so sad la only can swim on monday and Thursday and on Wednesday I actually have my FYP and I couldn't make it for the run. Miss one week of running man. I want to be able to get my Gold for napfa so that I do not need to go into army 2 mths earlier. haha. I think write till here ba.
